Jon brings extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of growth in the pharmacy and healthcare industry. Over the course of his career, he has held multiple senior executive roles, leading high-growth pharmacy banner programs and building Pharmacy Brands Canada to nearly 300 locations nationwide.
His leadership is grounded in a strong retail pharmacy background, a passion for strategy, and an unwavering commitment to putting members first. Jon believes that the success of independent pharmacy owners is the foundation of a strong and sustainable network. Under his leadership, Pharmacy Brands Canada has focused on empowering members with the tools, programs, partnerships, and strategic support needed to thrive in an evolving healthcare landscape.
Jon’s member-first philosophy shapes the culture of Pharmacy Brands Canada — one centered on collaboration, practical execution, and long-term value creation for pharmacy owners. As a board member of the Neighbourhood Pharmacy Association of Canada, Jon actively advocates for independent pharmacy and advancing patient care across the country.
Curtis Fabian
With 20 years of extensive experience in the independent retail pharmacy industry, Curtis is a valuable resource for our company and banner members. Having held senior positions with national franchise and banner pharmacy chains for more than a decade, Curtis has a strong background in leading retail operations and business development.
His focus on cultivating foundational partnerships reflects his unwavering dedication to the growth and success of independent pharmacies in Canada. Curtis‘s wealth of knowledge and expertise make him a trusted and influential figure within the industry, poised to drive positive change and innovation into the future.
Dr. Pauwlina Cyca PhC. MD
She is a pharmacist first, having owned and operated several pharmacy drug stores; and is now a Resident General Practitioner with a focus in Primary Care Medicine after completing her Medical Degree from the University of Calgary. Pauwlina’s primary role is to support the clinical operations, develop programs and provide ongoing support and guidance to all banner members through the Pharmacy Services team.
